- Poljot-Watches24's warranty is for the duration of 2 years
Shipping from Moscow / Russia:
- The items will be shipped by a Dutch Mail's subsidiary within 4 business days directly from Moscow by registered air mail with a tracking number. It normally takes 4 to 7 business days for a package to arrive in most European countries and e.g. 5 to 8 business days to the U.S., although delivery may take longer sometimes. We appreciate your patience and understanding that this is beyond our control und depends on the post service. Your parcel will certainly arrive you. We have no history of lost shipments.
- We assure you that no additional import costs will be involved. We will reimburse you for the respective duties should your item be held at customs.
